Detailed Daywise Itinerary

  • Day 1
    • 8:00: The first pick-up point is from Indian Museum Main Gate near Park Street Metro, reporting time 8:00 AM, departure 8:30 AM.
    • 9:00 AM: The second pick-up point is from P.C. Chandra Garden Gate No.1, Science City, reporting time 8:30 AM, departure 9:00 AM.
    • You will travel by AC vehicle to Godkhali (about three and a half hours) with a breakfast and tea break on the way.
    • 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Arrival at Godkhali, then board the boat towards Sundarban.
    • 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Check-in at the hotel/resort opposite the Sundarban Tiger Reserve.
    • 2:00 PM: Lunch served with authentic Sundarban cuisine.
    • 4:00 PM: Boat ride to Sundarban Bird Jungle with a scenic sunset view.
    • 6:00 PM: Return to the hotel.
    • 7:00 PM: Local folk dance performance with complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks.
    • 8:00 PM: Bonfire and music (winter season only).
    • 9:00 PM: Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
  • Day 2
    • 7:00 AM: Bed tea
    • 8:30 AM: Start the thrilling Jungle Safari by boat with an expert Govt. tourist guide. Visit Sajnekhali Watch Tower, the confluence of Matla & Gumdi rivers, and cruise through Pirkhali, Banbibi Varani, Sundarkhali, Khonakhali, Choragaji, Deulvarani, Sarakkhali, Gazikhali, Nobanki, and Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower. Wildlife includes spotted deer, crocodiles, water monitor lizards, birds, and if lucky, the Royal Bengal Tiger. (Breakfast and lunch served on the boat).
    • 12:30 PM: Visit Do-Banki Watch Tower and enjoy the 896-meter canopy walk.
    • 1:30 PM: Continue towards Panchamukhni – the beautiful five-river junction.
    • 5:00 PM: Return to Pakhiralay/Resort.
    • 7:00 PM: Evening tea and snacks.
    • 9:00 PM: Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
  • Day 3
    • 7:30 AM: Bed tea
    • 8:30 AM: Local village walk to experience the lifestyle of Sundarban people. (Breakfat served on the hotel).
    • 10:00 AM: Visit Hamilton Bungalow and Rabindranath Tagore Bungalow.
    • 12:00 PM: Transfer by boat back to Godkhali and then travel towards Kolkata.(lunch server on Boat / dhaba).
    • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Reach Kolkata, marking the end of the tour.
